On the eve of her departure from her hometown, Nora spends her going-away party brooding over the past. She’s interrupted by John, a childhood friend used to her games. He attempts to cheer her up, but they pull each other into their memories instead. Hoping always to remember, but knowing that’s a pact they can’t keep.
